SmartLabs provides private lab and office spaces, while also providing access to shared spaces like conference rooms, a lecture hall, shared glass wash, and reception. The use of these shared spaces allows companies to take less space with us than they would in traditional real estate, thus lowering the cost.
Our use of modular construction techniques also allows SmartLabs to customize a space to your scientific needs and gives rapidly growing companies the ability to reconfigure their space as they hit new milestones.
